I
invite you to share with me an experience of sublime sights and sounds.
It's
been such an interesting journey. A trip to Spain to see how my classical Spanish
guitar was made.
Then
to make a recording of my own compositions using that same guitar.
No gimmicks, no big studio effects, just the pure, organic sound
of the instrument.

of
duo and solo guitars with no other thing in the background.
No
backing loops and no guide 'clicks' was the rule for my CD!
A natural, 'human' feel was the objective, along with a desire
to capture the
actual authentic 'wood and nylon' sound and character of the
instrument."

"'Warmth
of the Night' seemed like an appropriate title as all the
recording sessions were completed during particularly hot
weather.
I was listening to the recording takes at night and I'd have
all the windows wide open with a trace of a breeze coming
through, " says Paul.
